Delivery, made clear.
DPD UK delivery is £8 including applicable VAT. Delivery is free when your garment total is over £250 including VAT.
Stock shortages & backorders
If any items are short of stock, available items will be dispatched the same working day where the 3pm cut-off allows. We will email you the shortage and supplier due-in date when known. Out-of-stock items will be refunded and kept as backorder requests in your account. When stock returns, we will notify you so you can confirm and pay for the refunded items again. Backorder parcels have free delivery.
The 3pm cut-off
Next working day delivery is intended for eligible orders placed and paid before 3pm UK time, Monday–Friday, where all selected items are confirmed in stock. Weekends, UK bank holidays and special-order items are excluded. Orders after the cut-off move to the next working day’s processing window.
Stock and special orders
Live supplier stock is awaiting connection in this first version. A catalogue listing is not a stock guarantee. Special-order variants require a confirmed lead time and do not qualify for next-day delivery. Email the sales team before payment if you need an item for a specific date.
Your delivery price
The £250 threshold is based on the garment subtotal including VAT. An order of exactly £250 has £8 delivery; a garment subtotal above £250 qualifies for free delivery. The VAT display switch changes how prices are viewed, not the threshold or amount payable.
Where we deliver
The £8 delivery price applies to UK orders. Northern Ireland, islands, Highlands and remote-area postcodes may have a longer transit time and do not automatically qualify for next working day delivery. Email the sales team if timing is important. International delivery is not currently offered online.
DPD tracking
We will email your tracking details when the parcel is booked for dispatch. A payment confirmation is not a dispatch confirmation. Carrier delivery estimates are subject to the actual service, postcode and operating conditions.
