How it works
Sign up with your email and full UK delivery postcode, explicitly agree to newsletter emails, and check your inbox for your code. Enter the code in your basket with the same email and postcode. The saving is verified again before payment.
Offer terms
5% off garments on your first paid order. Delivery is excluded. One welcome offer per email address and full delivery postcode. Use the email and postcode you signed up with. Cannot be combined with another discount. Free delivery eligibility is calculated before this discount. You can unsubscribe at any time without losing an unused code.
One first-order offer
Email addresses and full postcodes are normalised to prevent duplicate claims. A postcode shared by multiple people or businesses qualifies for one welcome offer in total. Previous paid orders make that email or postcode ineligible. Codes cannot be transferred to a different email or postcode.
Payment and delivery
A code is reserved while its secure payment link is open and used once payment succeeds. An expired or failed payment releases the code; pending payments keep it reserved. For a discounted order, enter and check your delivery address in the basket before continuing to payment.
Newsletter choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in your welcome email. This stops newsletter emails and keeps an unused code valid for your first qualifying order. Order updates continue separately.
