Who handles your information
Sandycroft Workwear Ltd operates Plain Clothing. For a privacy enquiry, email sales@sandycroftworkwear.uk.
Order and enquiry information
When ordering, you provide an email address, order details and a delivery address. We use these to manage the sale, delivery, order support and business records. Information from an email enquiry is used to answer that enquiry. Transaction records are retained as required for tax, legal and business purposes.
Service providers
Payment details are handled by the payment provider. Relevant contact and address information is shared with the courier for delivery, and with hosting and email services used to run the shop. We do not sell your personal information.
Basket and VAT preference
Your draft basket and VAT display preference are stored on your device. They allow the basket to remain available when you return. Clearing your browser storage removes that draft. Checkout records are stored separately on the server. We use a secure session cookie for account sign-in. This first version does not add advertising or analytics tracking.
Your choices
You can contact sales@sandycroftworkwear.uk to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable retention requirements. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
