TURN YOUR PRINT JOB INTO AN ORDER LIST

Your T-shirt size mix planner.

Use this free planner to note quantities for one shortlisted style. It keeps the buying brief clear before you choose variants on the product page. Your notes stay in this page and do not reserve stock or add items to your basket.

This is your preparation list. Changing the style starts a new size mix. Sizes listed belong to the style; availability can vary by colour.

A REPEATABLE ORDER STARTS WITH A CLEAR BRIEF

From first sample to bulk T-shirts.

Full bulk buying guide
01

Choose & test

Sample the actual garment, colour and core sizes. Decorate and wash-test it before making the blank your standard style.

02

Confirm the size mix

Collect the sizes you need rather than guessing a universal split. Keep each style and colour on a separate order list.

03

Check & repeat

Confirm selected variant prices and stock, review the final basket and save the style codes and your sample notes for the next batch.

PRICE THE FINISHED ITEM

Your blank is
the beginning.

Budget for the garment, decoration, labels, packaging, test samples, delivery and your time. Use Ex VAT for comparisons where appropriate and the final VAT-inclusive basket total for the amount payable.

Know your delivery threshold.

UK delivery is £8 plus applicable VAT. Delivery is free when the garment subtotal is over £250 excluding VAT. Exactly £250 does not qualify.

A LITTLE CLARITY BEFORE YOU ORDER

Your buying questions.

Is there a minimum wholesale T-shirt order?

You can order from one garment and no trade account is required. That makes it possible to test a sample before buying a larger batch. Use the product page to choose the quantities for each colour and size.

Can I mix colours, sizes and garment styles?

Yes. Add the required variants from each product page to your basket. Keep an order list by style code, colour and size so your print plan matches the exact garments you buy.

Will a larger quantity automatically give me a discount?

Use the exact prices shown for your selected garments and the final basket total. This page does not promise a volume discount or a different price for a larger batch. Include decoration, packaging, delivery and sample testing in your own finished-item budget.

When does a bulk order qualify for free delivery?

UK delivery is £8 plus applicable VAT. Delivery is free when the garment subtotal is strictly over £250 excluding VAT; exactly £250 does not qualify. Check the delivery page for postcode, stock and timing conditions.
