PRINTED MERCH, STITCHED LOGOS OR EVERYDAY SWEATWEAR

Start with
the finished idea.

Choose for the customer.

A staff layer, event sweatshirt and clothing-brand drop can need different fits and colours. Build the range around its use, then compare real samples and the matching size guides.

Check the outer face and full blend.

Cotton-faced describes a surface feature. It does not make the entire sweatshirt 100% cotton. Read the selected colour’s composition, surface and care information before setting up the decoration.

Review it after decoration.

Compare print feel or stitch-out appearance, wear the sample and wash it under the appropriate care instructions. Check the garment’s shape and decorated areas before buying the whole size run.

A LITTLE CLARITY BEFORE YOU ORDER

Your buying questions.

Can I print and embroider a blank sweatshirt?

Both can be options when the chosen garment works with the design and equipment. Read the fabric and surface details, match the ink, transfer or embroidery setup to the selected colour and test it. Check how the two decoration areas sit on the finished garment.

Is a crew neck sweatshirt different from a hoodie?

A crew neck has a rounded neckline without a hood. That changes the shape and access around the neck and upper back. Each style has its own seams, fit and construction, which you should check when planning a logo or print.

Does a cotton-faced sweatshirt mean the whole garment is cotton?

No. The outer face can be cotton while the full garment is a cotton-polyester blend. Check the complete selected-colour composition and decoration instructions rather than assuming the garment is 100% cotton.

How should I size a heavyweight or oversized sweatshirt?

Use the size guide for that exact style. Compare a reference garment and check whether the measurements describe the garment or the body it fits. Oversized describes a cut, so choosing a larger size in a classic sweatshirt may produce a different shape.
