Terms of sale.
These terms apply to plain garment purchases from Plain Clothing, a trading name of Sandycroft Workwear Ltd.
Your garments
Products are supplied plain, without printing or embroidery added by us. Manufacturer labels or branding may still be present unless the specification says otherwise. Supplier images, screen colours and size guides help you compare items but are not exact colour or fit guarantees.
Prices and ordering
The selected colour and size price is shown on the product page and checked again on the server before payment. Applicable VAT and delivery are included in the final payable total. A saved basket or email enquiry does not create a paid order. An order is accepted when confirmed by us; if we cannot supply it, we will contact you and refund any payment for unavailable goods.
Stock shortages and backorder delivery
If any items are short of stock, available items will be dispatched the same working day where the 3pm cut-off allows. We will email you the shortage and supplier due-in date when known. Out-of-stock items will be refunded and kept as backorder requests in your account. When stock returns, we will notify you so you can confirm and pay for the refunded items again. Backorder parcels have free delivery.
Stock, delivery and decoration
Availability and lead times require confirmation. Next working day delivery is subject to the published cut-off, stock, service and postcode conditions. Test a sample with your decoration process before using a larger run. Follow the supplier care and decoration instructions.
Cancellation and returns
Our voluntary 30-day returns policy covers eligible plain goods. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods. See our returns page for consumer cancellation and faulty-goods rights. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights. Contact the sales team before returning goods. Business customers should confirm return arrangements before purchase.
