Stock shortage? Here’s what happens.

If any items are short of stock, available items will be dispatched the same working day where the 3pm cut-off allows. We will email you the shortage and supplier due-in date when known. Out-of-stock items will be refunded and kept as backorder requests in your account. When stock returns, we will notify you so you can confirm and pay for the refunded items again. Backorder parcels have free delivery.
